Shan Yu

Shan Yu has got to be the most metal Disney villain of all time. I think that if the story of Mulan had taken place in Europe he totally would have been a Viking. Here's the ref for this:

So I saw Tangled this week and it was much better than I had expected it to be. While watching the movie I couldn't help but think that Rapunzel and Quasimodo would be bestest buddies in an alternate universe. (Alternately, Frollo and Gothel would probably make the foxiest villain couple ever.)
